Enemy Territory
Back when I was on the Egosoft community, I belonged to a clan of sorts who played Return to the Castle Wolfenstein : Enemy Territory. It was made up of members from the Egosoft community; we called ourselves [X2].
It was the highlight of my gaming life, we had our own server, which was filled to the brim most nights. We even had our own teamspeak server. It was a fantastic easy going atmosphere and even though we did not do any serious matches we were always improving. I personally can remember being the most sneaky Covert Ops there ever was, and learning various trick jumps to help give me an edge. But I would never do anything that would give me a clear advantage over the other members and unbalance game.
Since then the game has grown old, some members tried to move to Battlefield 2 but it just didn’t prove to be as popular.
Unfortunately ET: Quake Wars was just a little too late and only a few people banded together to play it, but it will never be the same again.
